Tricking the mind

I'm a complete tea person. I love my tea. I sometimes used to wish that I could skip work just so I could rush home, make myself a cuppa, perch myself on the sofa and drink it...just take it in and watch the world pass by.

Which brings me to the concern of the quantity of sugar that goes into a cup. I know it's a mere two spoonfuls but in the long run, that's not good. Is it possible to drink tea without sugar? I'm on a journey to find that out...

The trick, I believe, is to reduce the amount of sugar you put in your cup gradually over a period of time, until one day there's no sugar left. My mind refuses to accept that but I have to trick it, somehow. ;)

I just mentioned it yesterday on my blog post
My fav is tea is large glass mug (ones you get for irish coffee ) , cup warmed with hot water, 1/3rd of Green label and 2/3 of tata tea gold , with 2 cardamom pods and traces of crushed ginger ...sugar added at end ..the only thing I hate about travelling is bad tea many bad teas are passed off as Tea...good to see more tea lovers :)
